Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effects of community nursing intervention on hyperuricemia in aged patients .Methods A total of 96 aged patients above 60 years old with hyperuricemia were given community nursing intervention,including establishing healthy archives,door-to-door family visit and rationally guiding drug usage,physical examination and health education pamphlets issued knowledge.The level of serum and uric acid and the incidence of gout were investigated before and after community nursing intervention .Results The level of serum and uric acid significantly decreased after community nursing intervention.(P <0.05).The number of gout significantly reduced.Conclusions Implementing community nursing intervention can effectively improve the recognition and ability of self-care,reduce blood serum and uric acid level,reduce the incidence of gout,obviously improve the condition of body and improve the quality of life of elderly people.
