Abstract:
Currently, there is no unified rules of access qualification for emergency triage nurses in mainland China. Unifying the standard of the emergency triage nurse admission and providing the unified pre-job training and assessment can greatly enhance the quality of emergency pre - triage and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. This article described the qualification requirements of emergency triage nurses at home and abroad and compared the differences in the responsibilities and the content and methods of training.
