Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of investigation and nursing intervention for risk factors of Li hypertension in the central rural region of Hainan. Methods Through the aid-the-poor in the Auto Mobile Hospital, risk factors of 3566 patients, who were suffering from hypertension and living in the central rural region of Hainan, were investigated and analyzed. Results Among the rural hypertension, Grade Ⅰ hypertension were 2 018 cases(accounting for 56.6%);Grade Ⅱ hypertension were 1 283 cases(accounting for 36%);Grade Ⅲ hypertension were 265 cases(accounting for 7.4%).Most of hypertension patients knew little about harmfulness and prevention knowledge of hypertension. Conclusions Effective nursing intervention and prevention measures can help to improve the patient identification of risks of hypertension and the ability to prevent and treat diseases, and reduce mortality and morbidity induced by hypertension complications.
