Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of the ulcerative colitis with oral administration combination enema and provide the nursing measure. Methods A total of 158 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Eighty patients in the study group were treated with Li Chang Tang for oral administration and performed enema treatment of Kui Yang Ling while 78 patients in the control group took Sulfasalazine. Results The effective rate of the study group was 90. 00% and of the control group was 61. 53%. The difference was significant. Conclusions Taking Li Chang Tang combination of enema with Kui Yang Ling is effective to treat ulcerative colitis.
