Abstract:
Elderly Nursing human resources situation plays an important role to cope with Chinese characteristics endowment crisis, but due to the traditional Chinese ethics ideas, not attaching importance to nursing work and the elderly nursing education model, the quantity and quantity of our elderly nursing staff is not optimistic, what is more, the training of reserve forces is inadequate. Based on the specific circumstances of China' s old-age problems, this paper expounds some strategies for the development of the elderly nursing human resources in China, including the reconstruction of modem ethics culture, abandoning prejudice and increasing the government and social support; perfecting the elderly nursing education system and putting emphasis on in-job training; making reasonable use of the existing nursing human resources.
