Abstract:
Objective to summarize the significance of monitoring of blood pressure in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergone emergency interventional therapy. Methods This was a Retrospective analysis study, a total of 61 patients were enrolled in the study from June 2006 to June 2009. Invasive blood pressure and ECG monitoring were analyzed during emergency interventional therapy. Results Arterial blood pressure was associated with the location of myocardial infarction, the extent of coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, vagus reflex, no reflow, operative procedure and drug use. A total of 40 times of hypotension and 5 times of cardiogenic shock happened during operations. Conclusions Although there were risks involved during emergency interventional therapy. Monitoring blood pressure closely, reminding operator timely, cooperating entirely, and treating timely during operations can guarantee operations safely.
