Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing experience of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy ( MPCNL) for recurrent renal cast form calculis. Methods Nursing measurements and experience of twenty two patients were summarized who were all with recurrent renal cast form calculis suffered from MPCNL. Results No complications occurred in terms of high fever and urinary tract infection because of perfusion and other complications. Conclusions Nursing carefully during MPCNL is necessary to increase operation success rate, decrease complications and promote patients' recovery smoothly.
