Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibility of the scale-design scale of the quality of life for patients with coronary artery disease.Methods The self-design scale were developed on the basis of some universal scales and disease specific scales.The data of 50 cases of patients with coronary artery disease were collected and the reliability of the validity of the scale were analyzed.Results The validity coefficient of the self-design scale was 0.872, the reliability coefficient was 0.942 and all items had a good correlation ( r = 0.828, P <0.05).Conclusions This self-design scale has the good validity and reliability so it can be used in clinical practice.
