Abstract:
Objective To discussion the nursing management experience of endoscopic transanal rectal tumor excision.Methods Using the management of the operationinendoscopic transanal rectal tumor excision ,and according to the tumor' s location using a dual position, WOLF specialist equipment and apparatus under the reasonable application of right-hand man.Analysis and conclude the effective care management model.Results Safer and solid clasp-knife position , display the correct lithotomy position, skilled equipment installation, active and effective to broaden operation' s horizons, to ensure the smooth progress of surgery.Conclusions Reasonable application of peroperative period equipmentsand proper operation of the display position is an important factor, of the peroperative period management.
