Abstract:
Objective Assess preoperative anxiety status in living kidney donors,and discuss the from 4 hospitals that have been approved to do kidney transplantation in Hunan province were recruited by randomized sampling to complete the questionnaire before the operation.The basic information.State Trait Anxiety Inventory,Social Supporting Scale,and Eysenck'S Personality Questionnaire were used in the survey.According to the results,we discussed and analyzed risk factors of anxiety.Results The average score of 100 donors was(52.24±10.048).49 of them reached the anxiety's assessment standard and the rate of anxiety in the study Was 49%.The preoperative anxiety'S related inilueneing factors of donors were anxiety about the failure of the operation on receiver,trait,degree of use in support,operation itseff,medical expenditure.Conclusions Mcan anxiety score of donors were higher than that of other ordinary abdominal preoperative patients.Identifying anxiety related influencing factors can help us take nursing interventions,relieve donors'anxiety,increase surgery effect and promote the rehabilitation of donors.
