Abstract: Objective To investigate the influence of heating transfusion on early physiologic function among prematurities. Methods 80 prematurities who accepted transfusion routinely were devided into control group and experimental group randomly. There were 40 cases in each group. Solutions heated up to 35 ～ 37 ℃ was used in experimental group, routine method (room temperature) was used in control group in contrast. Got record of changes of the temperature, heart rate, respiration, oxygen saturation and time took in temperature changing. Compared complication and hospital day with each other group. Results The differences of vital sign, time took in temperature changing, incidence of complications of two groups are statistically significant. Conclusions Heating transfusion should be used In early, which can promote the recovery of physiological function in prematurity.
