Abstract:
Objective To research the intervention effect with Lamaze non-drag methods to allevate pains for lying-in woman during stay and delivery periods for natural childbearing. Methods Taking 300 pregnant women and dividing them into two groups: the intervention group of 150 pregant women and the contral group of 150 pregnant women. In the intervention group, 150 pregnant women have trained Lamaze non-drag methods to allevate pain from 7th fetation and practised them in stay and spontaneous delivery periods. In control group, 150 pregnant women were not given the trainings, but spontaneously deliveryed with the routine one to one nursing care. Results The time of first stage, the time of second stage, and the total time of the two stages of labor in the intervention group were statistically shorter than those in control group. Labor pain was much alleviated in the intervention group, but not in control group. PPH, and neonatal asphysxia in the intervention group were statistically less than those in the control group. Conclusions Lamaze non-drag method is not only safe and effective to allevate pain for lying-in woman, but also is possible to shorten total labor time, decrease Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) and neonatal asphysxia.
