Abstract:
Objective To understand the structure and distribution rule of commonly-occurred diseases among patients having acute diseases in different seasons within the eastern area of Sbenzben city,and to guide the first-aid nursing in clinical application with good foreseeing.Methods A retrospection analysis was done with the documents of the disease history of 268,006 patients with acute diseases from 2005 to 2008.Results The number of acute-disease patients increased year after year.The percentage of acute-disease patients visiting doctor in four seasons is 19.75%,25.50%,29.62%,and 25.13%,respectively.The five-type diseases,including trauma,disorders of respiration system,disorders of digestive system,disorders of nerve system,disorders of circulation system,locate the first five ranks,with trauma being the first one and commonly seen in the second and third seasons of a year.Conclusions There is a clear distribution characteristic of disease types in this area,i.e.,diseases varying along with change of seasons.Based on the distribution characteristic of diseases in different seasons,the managers or leaders in emergency departments may do well in arranging equipments and devices in the department and its corrresponding units,as well as building up the necessary fields in advance with a high predictability;and,the managers or leaders may manoeuvre and allot sufficient nursing human reasources,and take the flexbile working shift rule.All these works will ensure the orderly first-aid provided by emergency departments to be expected during the peak time of these above-mentioned disease types.This will improve the working efficiency,the success rates of first-aid patients,and the satisfication degree of patients.
