Abstract:
Objective To discover the emotional feelings of the head nurses in the safety management affairs,to learn their confusing and difficult problems,and to find an effective resolution for promoting health and ensuring safety of the patients.Methods The study took the measure of qualitative research,which conducted an in-depth interview and referred to their manual to put down the wrong things.Results 7 themes were obtained through collecting and analyzing data,which included examination and reflection,reproachment and insult,responsibility and safety consciousness.Conclusions The key points to improve the head nurses' capability of safe management is to update security concept,strengthen the safety awareness,and create a safety culture.
