Abstract:
Objective To improve the nurses' satisfactory degree. Methods Based on hierarchy of need theory, we took the corresponding measures on 33 clinical nurses and then investigated and analyzed the satisfactory degrees before and after the intervention. Results After implementing the new measure, the nurses' satisfactory degrees on being arranged duty, receiving pride, balancing job and home, the domination of work and the chance of joining in decision, and speciality development and the chance of personal development were improved. Conclusions The pertinent intervention measure is effective in improving the nurses' satisfactory degree.
