Abstract: Objective To learn anxiety status among burn suffers and its influencing factors, so as to carry out better holistic nursing. Methods 80 burn suffers were investigated with SAS. Results The results showed that there were only 4 patients without anxiety, 52.5 % patients were with medium or severe anxiety, the level of anxiety was higher among patients who were characterized with female, unmarriaged, expenses by patients themeselves, higher education and larger extent of burn. Conclusions The incidence of anxiety is highere among burn suffers. Nurses should pay much more attention on their psychological care and promote their recovery earlier.
