Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical results by using the stage management of studying notes on new nurses in operation rooms to secure the quality of studying notes of new nurses and reinforce the supervision of the tutors. Methods We had carried out the stage management of studying notes on new nurses by drafting standard of stage examination followed by the tutor's teaching method. Results Through the stage management, the quality of studying notes of new nurses and the teaching results of the tutors were progressively improved. Conclusions The model of stage management of studying notes could effectively secure the quality of studying notes and improve teaching ability of the tutors.
