Abstract:
Objective To collect the information about nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of clinical nurses, which lays a foundation for further perfection of continous eduction contents. Methods A questionnaire survey about nutritional KAP was taken among the clinical nurses in one general grade Ⅲ level A hospital in Taiyuan. Results There existed obviously positive correlations between knowledge (K), attitude (A) and pratice (P) of clinical nurses [Coefficient(r)=0. 168 0.231 0. 169, P <0. 01]. The nutritional attitude of clinical nurses was good, but insufficient in nutritional knowledge. And the nurses' nursing behavior shoud be further improved. Conclusions Corrective strategies should be taken to enhance the clinical nurse' s cognition level on nutritional KAP.
