Abstract:
Objective To discuss the methods and effects of interferon atomization combined with mouth nursing in the treatment of hand-fcot-and-mouth disease. Methods 46 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, which were both given the regular defervesce and heteropathy. Moreover, the treatment group was treated with 50u α-2b of interferon atomization combined with mouth nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group took less time on defervesce and recovery of mouth ulcer. And the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusions Interferon atomization combined with mouth nursing can treat hand-foot-and-mouth disease effectively.
