Abstract:
Objective To observe the influence of following-up care on lifestyle and blood lipid levels of hyperLipidemia patients discharged from hospital. Methods 110 cases of hyperlipaemia patients were randomly divided into two groups when discharged from hospital. The experimental group is to be followed up, and the other group is for comparison. Two groups in the hospital are given the same health education and medicine treatment, and should be worked out the diet, life-style and medicine treatment interference measures. The experimental group were followed up after discharged from hospital in four months, which were carded out by the nurses through telephone or home visiting once a month, the contents include learning the patients' implementation of interference measures, provide guidance and training for the patients who deviate from the meastures or passively cooperate, and guide the patients to follow the interference measures to keep a balanced diet, good life-style and medicine treatment. The comparison group just were offered guidance when discharged from the hospital, but no followed up by the nurses. Results The group of being followed up obviously had a better improvement than the comparison group beth in balanced diet and healthy lifestyle as well as the effect of controlling blood lipid, P < 0.01 and P < 0.05 respectively. There was a statistical difference. Conclusions The interference care after the discharge can significantly improve the compliance in treatment of patients with hyperlipaemia, help to establish a balanced diet and life-style, and redhce lipid levels.
