Abstract:
Objective To find out the reasonable allocation of nursing human resource in earthquake succors. Methods 130 people from three Class 3 First level hospitals in beijing mihtary region who attended the medical succor of earthquake disaster were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire, then were compared from different levels. Results The medical staffs thought that the collocation proportion of nursing staffs should accout for 30% in the total number of medical team. The nursing staffs should have more than 5 years of working experence and technical secondary school or higher degree. In addition, they should participate in various medical succors work, have excellent psychological quality, active work attitude and whole ability. Conclusions The reasonable allocation of nursing human resource is the important precondition for all medical teams to effectively work. It has active meaning to reasonably allocate nursing human resource according to the requirement.
