Abstract:
Objective To investigate the significance of utilizing Bladderscan to judge their bladder functional recovery in Dost.operational patients with uterine cervix cancer. Methods To measure their residual urine via Bladderscan or urethral catheterization respectively after the 128 patients with uterine cervix cancer had been operated in our department. Then various results by the two means.including residual urine volume, running time.adverse reaction and urinary tract infection were compared statistically. Results The mean residual urine volume measured by Bladderscan and urethral catheterization were(48.67±16.32)ml and (57.56±12.65)ml(r=0.855,t=18.58,P<0.05),the runing time were(23±5)S and(356±35)s (P<0.01),respectively.Patients'adverse reaction rate in the former means were relatively lower than that in the latter means. Conclusions Utilizing the means of Bladdersean can evaluate their bladder function accurately after the patients with uterine cervix cancer were operated.reduce their adverse reaction rate and infection opportunity.as well as lessen the staff's workload.
