Abstract:
0bjective To explore the effect of the improved momtoring methods on bedsore nursing. Methods On basis of Watedow Seore in Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment,to design the recording sheets abeut pressure sore,to implement the macroscopic supervision of nursing department,the superintend and directing monitoring of general head nurse,and the direct supervision of ward head nurses as the microcosmic supervision of responsible group leader,were carried out and finally compared with the same period in 2006.Results On the outcome of original bedsores,there was significant diffeience between the control group and the improvement group,as well as on the incidence of inevitable bedsores on difierent risk grades.Conclusions Careful evaluation on risk factors of patients is the key to the prevention of bedsores.The level-division tracking supervision is the important guarantee of prevention and treatment of bedsore.Defined population of inevitable bedsores is the emphasis on implementing precautious and supervising.Three improved recording sheets mainly provide basic information for nursing management and scientific research,and improving monitoring methods promotes more scientific,standardized and humanized bedsore management.
