Abstract: Objective To study the strategy of psychological care when victims’transshipment after the earthquake in Sichuan province.Methods 52 victims who were transferred by our medical team were divided into four groups by age.Each group received the pertinent psychological care.Then the effects were observed.Results After the effective sychological care,52 patients’psychological status turned for the better when arrived at The base hospitals.and they were full of confidence for rehabilitation.Conclusions Effective and timely psychological care can make victims relax,reduce stress and decrease the complications during transshipment.
