Study about the nursing effect of the amounts of patients in the earthquake treating by CBP

Abstract: This article reported the nursing methods and points of CBP(Continuous blood purification)about the seven ARF(Acute renal failure)patients caused by compression syndrome in earthquake.These methods emphasized to implement the effective CBP treatment,paid attention to establish and conserve the good blood vascular accesses,monitored the balance between the in-put and out-put of patients closely,pmvidecl the stable environment in the body.reinforced the monitor and quick treatment of vascular access and blood filter coagulation,and given the effective supporting and easing of psychology.There were seven cases in this group,wherein 2 cases were cured.4 cases’renal function recovered,and one case died.
