Abstract:
Objective To observe the treating effect of vitamin B1 injection at three-yinjiao point combined with acupuncture eight-liao point on bladder dysfunction of cervical cancer patients with residual urine > 400 ml after radical hysterectomy. Methods 41 patients were selected and randomly divided into the therapy group (22 patients) and the control group (19 patients). They were diagnosed as cervical cancer and carried out radical hysterectomy. 7 days after the operation, their residual urine was more than 400 ml. Both groups were given urinary catheter time opening, bladder douching and replacing tone-off uric bag. Vitamin B1 injection at three-yinjiao point combined with acupuncture eight-liao point was carried out in the therapy group. After 5 days of follow-up, the amounts of residual urine were compared in the two groups. Results The residual urine was(47.6±13.6)ml and bladder capacity was (475.6±14.3)ml in the therapy group, but the residual urine was(218.0±17.6) ml and bladder capacity was (476. 1±11.3 ) ml in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05 ). Conclusions Vitamin B1 injection at three-yinjiao point combined with acupuncture has significant effect on bladder dysfunction of cervical cancer patients after radical hysterectomy. It can improve the recovery of bladder function.
