Abstract: Objective To investigate payehological health status of cases received medical examination. Methods 491 cases received medical examination were investigated with SCL-90, the results were compared according to the gender, career and subhealth symptom, the 10 factor score were compared with norm. Results The score of SCL-90 showed significant difference between the gender and the career( P <0. 01 ), the total score showed significance compared with the norm ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions It is an effective method to evaluate the subheahh state of medical examination cases with SCL-90, to identify the the specific nursing instruction to the eases and explore the feasible nursing service.
