Abstract: Objective To explore the related factors of influencing the health status of stroke elderly and no stroke elderly in community. Methods 1 509 elderly were surveyed with a self-designed scale which was pre-tested and modified. The results were analyzed. Results The factors of influencing the health status of stroke elderly and no stroke elderly in community were different. The stroke elderly were mainly puzzled by the disease. But all these elderly patients were influenced by depression. Conclusions The elderly should participate in all kinds of activities. Especially the mental health of stroke elderly should be emphasized.
