Abstract:
With the rapid progress of minimally invasive spine surgery(MISS),spine surgery has entered a new historical era.The outcome of MISS technique has already been recognized.However,some problems and disputes that still exist in clinical practice are worthy of concern.Based on personal experience and literature review,the author discussed the issues of the relationship between MISS concept and technique,the relationship between traditional and MISS technique,the border of MISS technique,and how to promote the development of MISS.
