Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated nursing and hypothermia therapy in the treatment of neonatal hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods Thirty-six infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to order of admission, with 18 cases per group.Children of both groups were treated with hypothermia therapy, and the control group used routine care, and observation group was treated with comprehensive care. The clinical outcomes of two groups and children 's complications were recorded and compared. Results The clinical total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (88.88% vs.55.55%,P < 0.05).The treatment spending and hospital stay in the observation group was significantly lower, and less than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The complications of two groups were mainly low temperature, scleredema, bradycardia and blood coagulation dysfunction, low blood pressure, but there were no significant difference in these complications (P > 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with hypothermia therapy for children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has better clinical curative effect, and it can effectively improve clinical symptoms,so it is worth of clinical promotion.
