- Abstract: Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of endoscopic submucosal dissection in patients with injection of epinephrine.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent ESD treatment from January to December,2017 were selected in our department,and were given perioperative nursing,and the postoperative recovery of the patients were observed.Results There were 5 cases with elevated blood pressure after surgery,3 cases showed increased heart rate,but no serious complications,such as hemorrhage,perforation,myocardial infarction,were reported after active treatment.Conclusion Sufficient preoperative assessment and preparation,intraoperative close cooperation,seamless handover and correct nursing can not only improve the patient's postoperative cooperative degree,reduce patients'anxiety and pain,and can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten hospital stay.
