Influence of interactive nursing intervention on quality of life and cancer-related fatigue in patients with breast cancer

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of interactive nursing intervention on quality of life and cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 86 breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received interactive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation status of affected limb of two groups after nursing,quality of life and cancer fatigue before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the affected limbs in the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The EORTC-QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups were significantly improved after nursing,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The PFS scores of cancer fatigue were increased in the two groups after nursing,but the control group increased more seriously (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Interactive nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of limb in patients with breast cancer,improve the quality of life and alleviate the degree of cancer fatigue.
