Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation between change of blood uric acid, serum calcium and plasma albumin during pregnancy and collaborative forecasting of preeclampsia. Methods The pregnant women with single fetus were selected, and 128 patients with gestational hypertension disease were divided into group A (n =66,severe preeclampsia),group B (n =24,mild preeclampsia),and group C (n =38,gestational hypertension),and 68 normal pregnant women were selected as group D.The change of indicators in four groups was monitored, and correlation between the occurrence of preeclampsia and multiple factors was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in serum calcium, plasma albumin, blood uric acid in the second trimester among the four groups. In the third trimester, the indexes changed significantly, especially in group A,the levels of serum calcium, blood uric acid and plasma albumin changed significantly (P < 0.05).There were significant differences in ratio of patients with abnormity of over two indexes among the four groups (P < 0.05).The sensitivities of serum calcium, plasma albumin and blood uric acid in the third trimester were 42.7%,60.7% and 65.4% respectively, and the specificities of those were 61.4%,64.7% and 32.4% respectively. The sensitivity of combination of three indexes was 93.1% and the specificity was 86.7%,which were significantly higher than the single index. Conclusion Combined monitoring of blood calcium, plasma albumin, and uric acid during pregnancy is an effective method for prediction of preeclampsia.
