Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influence of psychological interview combined with nostalgic guidance on mental health of patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with Alzheimer's disease in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing measures,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given psychological interview combined with nostalgic guidance.The mental health level of two groups after intervention were compared.Results Observation group had lower Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) scores,and higher Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) scores than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychological interview and nostalgic guidance is helpful to improve the depression of patients with Alzheimer's disease and improve their mental health.
