Abstract:
Objective To analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasound with transformation of posture in differential diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy and pregnancy corpus luteum cyst. Methods A total of 56 patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy were selected as observation group, and 50 patients with pregnancy corpus luteum cyst were selected as the control group. The patients in both groups were applied with transvaginal ultrasound with transformation of posture. Results There were no significant differences in the size and thickness of the circumferential wall between the two groups (P > 0.05).The proportion of poor peripheral blood flow distribution and blood flow resistance index (RI) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the proportion of patients with ring or half circle blood flow was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Transvaginal ultrasound with transformation of posture showed that there were only 7 cases (12.5%) without change of location of the tumor and the ipsilateral ovary in the observation group, but the location of the tumor and the ipsilateral ovary had no change in the control group, and there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The unruptured ectopic pregnancy shows higher RI and poor blood flow distribution. After transformation of posture, unruptured ectopic pregnancy shows displacement of the mass relative to ipsilateral ovarian, and this feature can be used for differential diagnosis of pregnancy corpus luteum cyst.
