Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods A total of 106 ARDS patients admitted in our hospital were divided into control group (n =53) and study group (n =53) with random number table principle. The control group adopted routine nursing measures, while the study group applied evidence-based nursing intervention. The changes of respiratory function, and organ function, and hospitalization time were observed before and after intervention. Results The respiratory function index PEEP was lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05).Levels of SaO2 and p(O2)/FiO2 were higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Marshll and Murray scores were lower in the study group than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The duration of hospital stay was (16.50 ± 2.25) d,which was lower than (19.50 ±-2.50) d of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has significant effect in patients with ARDS,which can effectively improve the function of respiratory function and organ, speed up the recovery rate and is suitable for clinical promotion.
