Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of evidence-based nursing on postoperative adverse reactions,negative emotions and quality of life for aneurysms interventional therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with intracranial aneurysm in our hospital were divided into study group and the control group (n =45) according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing measures,and the study group implemented evidence-based nursing intervention.Postoperative adverse reactions,negative emotions and quality of life were observed.Results The incidences of adverse reactions were lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The study group before discharge had lower SAS and SDS scores than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Follow-up for 3 months,energy,physical activities,social life,sleep score in the study group were higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the probability of postoperative adverse reactions for aneurysms interventional therapy,relieve the patients'negative moods,and ensure the quality of life,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
