Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of evidence-based nursing on postoperative adverse reactions, negative emotions and quality of life for aneurysms interventional therapy. Methods A total of 90 patients with intracranial aneurysm in our hospital were divided into study group and the control group (n =45) according to random number table method. The control group was given conventional nursing measures, and the study group implemented evidence-based nursing intervention.Postoperative adverse reactions, negative emotions and quality of life were observed. Results The incidences of adverse reactions were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The study group before discharge had lower SAS and SDS scores than the control group (P < 0.05).Follow-up for 3 months, energy, physical activities, social life, sleep score in the study group were higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the probability of postoperative adverse reactions for aneurysms interventional therapy, relieve the patients'negative moods, and ensure the quality of life,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
