Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on limb motor function in cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 70 cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia were enrolled in our hospital and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation care,and the patients in the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation care.The improvement of muscle strength,daily living activity and recovery of limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The ADL and FMA scores of the two groups were higher than nursing before,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation care is remarkable,and it can enhance the patient's strength level,limb motor function and daily living ability.
