Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention for herpes simplex keratitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with herpes simplex keratitis treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was additionally given high quality nursing intervention.The disappeared time of herpes simplex keratitis symptoms,adverse reactions and reoccurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in eyesight (P ＜ 0.05);The disappearance time of rash,eye damage and pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The adverse reactions rates of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion High quality care intervention can effectively improve the patient's vision,shorten disappearance time of symptoms,and reduce adverse reactions for herpes simplex keratitis patients.
