Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 100 tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with evidence-based nursing.Vital signs,blood and gas indicators,coagulation parameters,related clinical indicators,complications,disease prognosis and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of MABP,HR,R,p (CO2) and BUN in the experimental group were significantly lower(P ＜ 0.01),and p (O2) level was higher than that in the control group.The time of hospitalization,ICU time,medical expenses and mucosal injury rate were significantly lower,bleeding,respiratory obstruction,tube-off and infection rates were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The prognosis of patients and nursing satisfaction of the family members were significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury has significant effect,and it can improve nursing satisfaction.
