Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing intervention of early nutritional support for ICU patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 80 ICU cases with severe craniocerebral injury were as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method, the control group received parenteral nutrition support and nursing, while the observation group was given enteral nutrition support and nursing care.The nutritional status and immune status of two groups were compared before and after intervention in two groups, and complications rates were recorded.Results After treatment, the levels of hemoglobin, total protein and serum lbumin during nutritional support were significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05).The observation group had higher CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ than the control group after 7 days of nutrition (P<0.05);Electrolyte disturbance, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the incidence of stress ulcer in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intestinal nutritional support and nursing care can improve the nutritional status of ICU brain injury patients and improve immunity.
