Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on self management and symptom control in patients with knee joint degenerative joint disease (KOA), and to summarize the experience of nursing improvement.Methods A total of 84 cases were divided into control group and observation group using the random number, given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention, respectively.Special attention should be paid to prevention and control of pain and swelling, improvement of the rehabilitation training and life management.Results Before discharge, HSS score at third month and sixth month in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the observation group had higher excellent rate was than that of the control group at sixth months, the difference was statistically significant(100% vs.85.71%, P<0.05);Observation group had less swelling time, the mean VAS on the third postoperative day, and the ipsilateral knee start time than the control group.After 1 week, knee training times, training maintenance time of knee joint after discharge were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the level of disease management and the control effect of the symptoms, which is helpful to the recovery of knee joint function.
