Abstract:
Objective To study the current status and influencing factors of ICU nurses work values in grade A class-three hospital, and to provide fundamental basis for clinical management and intervention study.Methods A total of 230 ICU nurses were chosen by the method of cluster sampling methods and questionnaires were conducted in two grade A class-three hospitals.Results The total score of work values for ICU nurses in two grade A class-three hospital of Hebei Province was (156.13±24.48) points at the middle level.Univariate analysis showed that the differences in different working age, family income, family health, children spending, work intensity, performance appraisal satisfaction, promotion opportunity fair, reasonable training and education, self value realization, interpersonal relationship in the unit and work values of ICU nurses were significant.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the interpersonal relationship and family health was correlated with ICU nurses work values.Conclusion ICU nurses' work values in grade A class-three hospitals were in the middle level in Hebei Province.The work value is in higher levels in harmonious interpersonal relationship and healthy family of ICU nurses.Hospital management should be directed against the lower level to develop interventions and management measures to further improve the work value of ICU nurses.
