Abstract:
Objective To investigate effect of modified yinqiao powdeRon the expression of gene profiling in monkey with hand-foot-mouth disease infected by CA16 cells of genomics.Methods Thirty SPF Ganges riveRyoung monkey were randomly divided into treatment group (n=15) and control group (n=15).The monkeys in treatment group were treated with yinqiao powder,while the monkeys in control group were treated nothing.AfteR7 days,sample gene expression profiles were analyzed by PCA.The gene expression patterns between two groups were studied.Results Totally 894 differentially expressed genes were screened by gene expression profiles,which were significantly clustered into 2 majoRtypes.Differential expression of genes involved in the enrichment of moleculaRfunction,including many inflammatory chemokines expression,cell communication,cell cycle,regulation of the immune system process,transcription and metabolism process of biological process.Conclusion There are significant differences in the gene expression profile of ovarian granulosa cells between the two groups.The biological processes involved in the differential expression of genes are related to the effects of yinqiao powdeRon CA16 induced inflammatory chemotaxis and immune system response.
