Abstract:
Objective To analyze the status of mastery of disease knowledge,health behavior and health education in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A total of 190 elderly patients with COPD in our hospital were selected as research objects,mastery of disease knowledge,health behavior and health education requirement were analyzed.Results The scores of diseases treatment knowledge of the elderly patients with COPD was significantly higher than that of health education knowledge scores,basic concepts of knowledge score and knowledge of disease diagnosis score (P < 0.05),health education knowledge scores was significantly higher than that of the basic concepts of knowledge score and knowledge of disease diagnosis score (P < 0.05),the basic concept of knowledge score and the diagnosis of disease knowledge scores had no significant difference (P > 0.05).Knowledge demand scores related to treatment,examination and disease of elderly patients with COPD were significantly higher than that of knowledge demands score for education and management,and rehabilitation treatment (P < 0.05).Rehabilitation treatment knowledge demands scores was significantly higher than education and management knowledge demands scores (P < 0.05).But treatment knowledge demand scores,examination knowledge demand score,and disease knowledge demand score had no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion In the knowledge of the disease,the elderly COPD patients have a good grasp of the disease treatment,the basic concept of knowledge,knowledge of disease diagnosis is poor.In terms of health behavior,the stress management dimension is better,health responsibility,sports,spiritual growth and other dimensions are poor.In the demand of health education,there are more demands for treatment knowledge,knowledge and disease knowledge,and less demand for education and management knowledge.
