Abstract:
Objective To explore the application efficacy and clinical value of comprehensive airway nursing management in patients with rehabilitation after tracheotomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with rehabilitation after tracheotomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases for each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing for tracheotomy while observation group was given comprehensive airway nursing management.The improvement of clinical symptoms,the occurrence rates of complications,Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score were compared between two groups.Results Clinical symptoms were improved evidently in both groups after treatment,and observation group had better improvement than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Observation group was notably lower than control group in the rates of infection and complications as well as GCS score (P ＜ 0.05).Meanwhile,observation group was prominently lower in the total HAMA score and the scores of psychic and somatic anxiety than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive airway nursing management can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the pulmonary infection and complications,and relieve patients'anxiety through psychological nursing intervention,which is beneficial to the patients'prognosis and has positive significance and high clinical value in clinical treatment.
