Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of danhong injection on the microcirculation state related indexes of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 54 patients with myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group (conventional myocardial infarction treatment) and observation group (conventional treatment and danhong injection).The whole blood viscosity,nailfold microcirculation and platelet activation indexes before the treatment and three,seven and fourteen days after the treatment were compared between two groups.Results Three,seven and fourteen days after the treatment,the whole blood viscosity,nailfold microcirculation and platelet activation indexes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can effectively improve the microcirculation state of patients with myocardial infarction.
