Abstract:
Objective To investigate the role of continuous pump infusion of low-dose hep-arin in patients with hemodialysis.Methods A total of 110 hemodialysis patients were divided into two groups,the control group with 55 patients was treated with conventional care,and the observa-tion group with 55 cases was given continuous infusion of small dose of heparin,changes of relevant index after treatment were observed.Results The incidences of hypotension,disequilibrium syn-drome,dehydration,heat-induced reaction,hemolysis,severe local hematoma in the control group were higher than that in the observation group ,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The highly satisfaction degree and the total satisfaction in the control group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).But there was no significant difference in ATPP,PT,Hb and efficacy in two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Con-tinuous infusion of low-dose heparin can improve patient nursing satisfaction,and reduce the inci-dence of complications.
