Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in bedrid-den patients with fracture of lower limbs.Methods A total of 80 bedridden patients with fracture of lower limbs were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group used conventional nursing while the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing.Rehabilita-tion,treatment compliance and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results Treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,infec-tion,urinary retention,bedsores and other complications rate were lower than that in the control group,anxiety score was lower than that in the control group,the hospitalization time was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistical significant (P <0.05).Life quality in physical function,role function and social function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing could reduce the complications and improve quality of life in bedridden pa-tients with fracture of lower limbs.
