Influence of whole course nursing on health knowledge and comfort of patients with femoral neck fractures

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing in perioper-ative period of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 60 patients with femoral neck frac-ture operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 pa-tients in each group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given whole course nursing.Health knowledge,postoperative comfort,pain,rehabilitation en-thusiasm and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results Postoperative com-fort scores in the physiological,psychological,social environment,cultural aspects in the observa-tion group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05).Health knowledge score and rehabilitation enthusiasm in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,the degree of pain and length of hospitalization time were less than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing can increase the health knowledge of femoral neck patients and improve postoperative comfort.
